Condominium, bathroom design

This West-side Los Angeles condo building was designed with alternating bathroom layout plans for each floor.  Each unit in turn has two full baths and a powder room. 

The guiding principle was to make both the textured RAK ceramic tile as well as the contemporary cabinetry and fixtures stars in a generous bathroom floor plan.  Rather than wrap all four walls with a traditional wainscot approach, accents were created to highlight areas of the bathroom.
