office spaces and the complete overhaul of the exterior facade. The design
takes advantage of the inherent irregularities of the building and accentuates
them by purposely breaking symmetries.

building has to provide both an attractive façade to invite the target shopper

repurposing of a vacant lot and its conversion to a public plaza. The space,
situated in a fast-growing urban town in Rio Grade do Sul, provides a tranquil

geometry with rounded, organic shapes in the landscape.
