Tayo Design Studio, LLC is based in Los Angeles, California but its
principals have been involved with projects in Europe and South America
as well as the United States. This international experience informs
the clean, functional approach that underlies Tayo Design's aesthetics.

Those familiar with designing and building in the vibrant megalopolis that
is the city of Los Angeles know all too well the minute specific requirements
associated with these projects. The more so for hillside development -
and hilly lots are among the few empty building spaces still available.
Tayo Design Studio has experience with these issues and brings to the table
not only progressive ideas but also expertise with local requirements,
taking every inch of advantage in the choreography of mechanics, process and
