New Facha, Misiones, Argentina
Mixed-use building with retail space in the first floor and
offices on the second level. The challenge of this project was to
provide a façade that was inviting to the target shopper as well as
mind the privacy and security of the dwellings in the rear of the lot.
The project is being developed in stages. The retail space, erected
first, follows the curvature of the corner that holds it. Natural
and easily-obtainable materials are used for walls, floor and furniture.
