Multi-family residence in Silverlake, California
The design and specification for the interior of these residences was drawn to provide an interplay of warm and stark, open areas and intimate nooks, and to match the visual language of the building.
Wherever possible, eco-friendly materials were selected, like the bamboo flooring that covers both the ground and second story. The warmth of the wood was contrasted with stainless steel appliances, metallic lighting fixtures and cool accent colors on the walls.
Energy-efficient lighting and water-smart plumbing appliances complete the list of environmentally savvy choices. Designed for the urbanite, these interiors provide a modern habitat that of clean, simple lines.
